The time has come for parliament and council postulants to revise their strategies on how to grab votes during the 2007 elections. Voters, on the other hand, are planning on how to sanction representatives who failed to deliver the goods following the 2002 voting exercise. There is no doubt that new promises would be dished out to the populations during the forth coming political campaign for parliamentary and municipal council seats this year.
