I think Cameroonians need self-education from within on civil education and respect of driving codes. This attitude of always doing the wrong thing because others are doing same can only be stopped by each individual. Although we pray for change in the country, the first step is to be taken by Cameroonians because I believe God has given us the intelligence to move forward with our positive ideas.

Cameroon needs to invest on creating a Central Data Bank where Drivers Licenses are issued just as it is done with the National ID Card and Passport. In so doing, they can have records of people who own a Drivers License or not? There should be firmed control and heavy penalties on driving malpractices with respect to the gravity of the crime. This will only be successful if the administration responsible for these controls are direct and not biased in executing their jobs for our Motherland Cameroon.
