Its a good thing to work on time. But for a homily to be like 10-15minutes, that is too short.Its like having mass in the USA where the homily is short and parishioners forget the sermon even before mass is over.That's tragic.I think our priests are doing good with the length of their homilies especially on Sundays.African-Americans start church at 10am and finish at 1:30pm.Why the hurry,Sunday is a day of prayer.But I agree that offertory, lectionary and announcements often take too much time but they should not be wiped out. Around the end of the church year you get stuff like this during offertory "SCC1,SCC2,etc ...Mission station 1,mission station 2".That should be checked.
