“The accusations against me are false and they amuse me,” Rev. Fr. Gnammi Kasco

Gendarmes forcefully arrested and whisked away to Yaoundé the parish priest of New-Town Airport Parish Douala, Fr. Gnammi Kasco, a Benin national serving in Cameroon. He has been released and has returned to his parish in Douala, where L’Effort Camerounais met him in the morning of Friday, January 27 presiding at a meeting. He explains what he is being accused of and the present situation. Excerpts:

Implementing the New Way of Being Church in Bamenda Archdiocese

Two sisters perpetually become Sisters, Servants of Mary, Ministers to the Sick

Sisters Hiltrudis Fola and Emmanuella Jikpu are the newest members of the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of Mary in Cameroon. The duo made their Final Profession on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Parish Ngomgham.
