Rev. Fr. François-Marie Gnammi Kasco released

Christians of Douala New-Town Airport Parish continue to thank God for safely bringing home their Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. François-Marie Gnammi Kasco, who security officers arrested and whisked away to Yaounde on January 24.

Gendarmes forcefully arrested and whisked away to Yaoundé the parish priest of New-Town Airport Parish Douala, Fr. Gnammi Kasco, a Benin national serving in Cameroon. He has been released and has returned to his parish in Douala, where L’Effort Camerounais met him in the morning of Friday, January 27 presiding at a meeting. He explains what he is being accused of and the present situation. Excerpts:
